Renova Rise 365 exists because the room shouldn't end when the event ends. We're building the year-round community, structure, and mentorship Latina leaders deserve — one Circle at a time.

Renova Rise 365 is a relationship-powered business, leadership, mentorship, and economic-growth community created primarily for Latina entrepreneurs, professionals, executives, creators, mentors, civic leaders, nonprofit leaders, students, and emerging leaders — and the aligned allies, corporate partners, chambers, and institutions that stand with us.
We are also the parent organization behind National Latina Day, our annual flagship gathering. The event brings the community into one room; Renova Rise 365 is what keeps it alive the other 363 days of the year.
